Wedding and Events Signage

Wedding day signage is important to let your guest know where things are and what is going on.

Remember, it is most likely their first time visiting this venue and a well designed sign clearly communicates important information to guests. Some of these signs are really obvious but you never know what guests might overlook. From personal experience, our guests totally missed our card box because it had our last name written on it and not “cards.”

Here is a breakdown on why certain signs are highly encouraged to have:

Welcome sign = they’re at the correct location.

Ceremony direction sign = depending on your venue and whether it is easy to navigate, this is a good one to keep in mind. Some venues have multiple weddings going on at the same time. Having some sort of sign to let your guests know where to go will avoid any confusion and make sure they’re on time and at the correct event.

Guest sign in = this is where they sign their messages and names.

Seating chart = inform guests their table number.

Table number = needs to be clear and easy for guests to find.

Bar menu = if it isn’t a fully stocked open bar, this is very helpful! Adding signature cocktails is a fun way to personalize your wedding.

Food tags = in case guests are unsure what the food item is or if they have dietary restrictions. Remember, you want to make things easy for guests.

Photo booth sign = do you want them to leave a copy of their photo and a message?

All wedding signs serve a purpose beyond just looking good. But where our expertise comes in, we design a unique piece that both clearly communicates the necessary message(s) and is also aesthetically pleasing to view.
